To reset your NWCCD Hub Student Account password you must supply your USERNAME, SECURITY QUESTION and the ANSWER you chose when you activated your account.

Username:
	This should be all lowercase and typically matches the format of firstnamelastname (i.e. johnsmith)


Security question:
	This question was chosen when you activated your account

Security question answer:
	Supply the answer to your security question


New Password:
	Make sure that all red x's become green checkmarks, match will validate when this field matches Confirm New Password

Confirm new password:
	Make sure that all red x's become green checkmarks, match will validate when this field matches New Password
